How do I place an order?
Click on the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done, go to your cart to proceed with checkout. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
Where are you located?
Beauty Hub is an online beauty store and we don’t have physical shops.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Mobile Money and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
How do I know that you are a reputable business? I have been “cheated” by other online shops
The quality of our customer service and products speak for themselves as well as our pledge to offer the best online shopping experience. Purchasing from our web store is an option and we do not “persuade” customers to do so. We do however provide truthful details regarding our products and services so that customers know what to expect and what not to expect. Customers who have any concerns with placing an order for items are advised not to do so at this time.
Trust and honesty is very important to us and just as you would like assurance that we will provide you with products in the condition advertised and quality promised, we also must trust that you are an honest and reasonable customer that will maintain a professional and communicative relationship with our company.
Can I amend and/or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible for now. Our system is set in real time and your order is processed as soon as you check out and make payment. We advise you to check your order before placing it and make sure you are certain before making payment. However, you can cancel your order if you like, but please note that all cancelled orders attract a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value, plus shipping, convenience and handling charges. This value is deducted from your deposit and the other amount is refunded to your account.
How will I know if my order has been received?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Beauty Hub offers free shipping in Kenya on all orders Ksh 7,500 and up. (After any applicable discounts are applied.) For all other orders, we charge Ksh 150 flat rate shipping fee for deliveries within Nairobi and Ksh 250 for deliveries outside Nairobi . Delivery takes 1-2 days (Please note that this is a standard delivery schedule and is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season).
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with us by sending your order number to hello (at) beautyhub.co.ke
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds?
All products purchased from our website are considered specialty, customized items, and we do not provide exchanges, accept returns or issue refunds.
Can I change my DELIVERY address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
I’ve received a defective/incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize if you have received a defective/incorrect item from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team at hello (at) beautyhub.co.ke with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly drop an email to our Customer Care Team at hello(at)beautyhub.co.ke if you have not received your parcel after 30 working days and we will assist you accordingly.
