How do I place an order?

Click on an item, then select “Order Now”  to add the product to your shopping cart. Select “View Cart” to proceed with checkout. Key in the delivery details and make payment to compete the order process.

Where are you located?

Beauty Hub is an online beauty store in Nairobi, Kenya; we don’t have a physical shop. You can shop from our website and the order will be delivered to your address; You can also opt to collect from any Wells Fargo Courier collection centers in Kenya.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Mobile Money, major Credit / Debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

How do I know that you are a reputable business?

Trust and honesty is very important to us. We pledge to provide you with genuine products in the condition advertised and quality promised. We provide truthful details regarding our products and services so you know what to expect. Our goal is to offer you the best online shopping experience!

Can I amend and/or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible for now. Our system is set in real time and your order is processed as soon as you check out and make payment. We advise you to check your order before placing it and make sure you are certain before making payment.

How will I know if my order has been received?

After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. Alternatively, you can Log In to check the status of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We offer two different delivery options: Expedited (Same Day) delivery and Normal delivery.

  • Expedited (Same Day) delivery is available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) in Select Areas within Nairobi.
  • Standard delivery take 1-2 business days (excluding Sunday and public holidays). The delivery day and date is shown on the checkout page when placing your order.
How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, a message confirmation will be sent to you. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with us by sending your order number to hello (at)

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or provide exchanges once the order has been dispatched. Please contact us if there’s any problem with your order.

Can I change my DELIVERY address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct delivery address.

I’ve received a defective/incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize if you have received a defective/incorrect item from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team at hello (at) with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Kindly call us or drop an email to our Customer Care Team at hello(at) if you have not received your parcel after 7 working days and we will assist you accordingly.
